Hi, I'm Leah.

Authentic, light-hearted, playful, passionate, dedicated are common words used to describe me and my approach to helping others on their journey to greater health and wellbeing. 

 

Having spent over 25 years learning from various teachers, practising techniques and asking questions to deepen my knowledge and understanding, I lead by example to inspire my clients and students to take responsibility for their health.

My mission is to deliver classes, courses and content to help people navigate their own healing path and establish new patterns for growth - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
