Fee Policy

The following information is applicable to classes held at The Centre of Ki.

Booking classes

Bookings are essential for each class. The preferred method for booking a class is through the online booking service, Punchpass. To register for this service, use this link: https://thecentreofki.punchpass.com/classes

If necessary, bookings may also be made by notifying Leah by text message, email, or in person, however if using these methods, your place in a class at short notice cannot be guaranteed.

Class fees

As of 1 March 2024, fees for classes will be as follows:

Casual visit $20
10-class pass $170
5-class pass $90
Casual visit (concession) $17
5-class pass (concession) $75
Barossa Campus Student $15

Payment methods

When using Punchpass to book in for your class, payment can be made using credit card (through Stripe). Cash (in-person) payments are also accepted for in-studio attendance. Payment can also be made via EFT using the following details:

If using the EFT payment option, please put your surname in the reference field so I know who has made the payment, and send me notification via text 0412 704 330 or email leah@thecentreofki.com.au.

Please note that payment is to be made in full, prior to participating in a class.

Refund policy for casual classes

As it is not the fault of the studio owner that you are unable to attend, and as class spaces are limited, there are no refunds for classes once booked. Refunds or credits are only offered when the class has been cancelled by The Centre of Ki.

Prepayment of a set number of classes

Class passes are available in 5- or 10-class blocks and are to be used for those wishing to attend classes on a regular basis (i.e. once or twice a week) at a discounted rate. As such, passes have the following time limits in which they must be used:

10-class pass: 60 days from the date of booking
5-class pass: 90 days from the date of booking

All prepaid passes will expire at the end of their time limit. If you do not use your pass within the allotted time, they will expire and no refunds will be given.

Passes are to be paid for in full prior to attendance of the first class.

Refund policy for prepaid classes

We do not offer refunds on the purchase of any prepaid class passes.

If you are experiencing serious health issues or circumstances that impact your ability to use your pass within the allotted time frame, an application for extension of prepaid passes can be made by contacting Leah as soon as possible.

Cancellation of classes by The Centre of Ki

The Centre of Ki reserves the right to cancel classes at any time. Participants will be informed as soon as possible and any fees paid will be refunded in full, or credit will be made to your Punchpass account.

For instances where Leah is unavailable to teach for an extended period (3 days or more), all active passes will be paused for the duration of her absence and pass expiration dates will be extended in line with the duration of her absence. Leah will notify you in advance of any instances where she will be away for an extended period via her newsletter.

Fees for private consultation

If booking a private consultation (e.g. one-on-one yoga session or shiatsu massage), duration time and post-consultation material preparation time are billed at an hourly rate. Consultation fee is to be paid on the day and payment for follow up notes and material must be paid prior to passing these on.

Initial consultation is an hour.

Minimum follow up consultations are thirty (30) minutes.

Consultation fee: $90 per hour

Cancellation of private consultation

24-hour notice must be given to The Centre of Ki for all cancellations of private consultations, otherwise a $45.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

This Fee Policy is subject to change without prior notification.
