Brigitte Gemme is Chief Meal Planner at the Vegan Family Kitchen. As a vegan food educator, she is dedicated to helping more people eat more plants. Born on a farm, and trained in sociology, she understands how eating meat and other animal products became such strongly held habits, to the point of trashing both our planet and our health. Brigitte uses her understanding of nutrition, her knowledge of behavior change, and her coaching skills to fight climate change and chronic disease one dinner at a time. She holds a PhD from the University of British Columbia and a certificate in plant-based nutrition from the University of Winchester.
